Session 1 |Feeding Your Spirit GiGi Allen teaches the four main ways to grow your spirit: to meditate on the Word of God, to be a doer of the word, to give the Word first place, and to instantly obey the voice of your spirit. GiGi emphasizes the importance of discipleship to help baby Christians mature in their faith and understand their inheritance in Christ. Just as physical babies need their parents to take care of them, so do spiritual babies need brothers and sisters in Christ to teach the Word and walk alongside them. This teaching covers scriptures from Ephesians 4:8-15, 1 Peter 2:2, Romans 8:29, Matthew 28:18-20, and Growing Up Spiritually by Kenneth E. Hagin. |
Session 2 | Maturing In Love GiGi Allen teaches you the mark of a mature Christian is one who has a revelation of God’s personal love. Because God is love and we are made in His image, He has designed us to receive and give love. In the Gospel of John, Jesus gave a new commandment to love one another as He has loved us. As we receive the love of God that has been poured in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, we are able to love others with patience and kindness. This teaching covers scriptures from John 13:34, 1 John 2:5, James 1:22-24, Romans 12:1-2, 2 Corinthians 2:14, 1 John 2-4, Romans 5:5, 1 Corinthians 13, and Growing Up Spiritually by Kenneth E. Hagin. |

Session 3 | Walking in Love GiGi Allen teaches you the importance of walking in love and forgiveness. Mature Christians have the God kind of love. They are kind, patient, not easily angered, and do not keep an account of a wrong suffered. In this teaching, GiGi shares Corrie Ten Boom’s powerful testimony of forgiving the guard from the Nazi concentration camps. This teaching covers scriptures from Romans 5:5, 1 Corinthians 13, and Growing Up Spiritually by Kenneth E. Hagin. |
Session 4 | Meditating on the Word GiGi Allen expounds on the two ways to grow your spirit: to meditate on the Word of God and to give the Word first place. In the Gospel of John, Jesus said, a disciple is one who abides in His Word. A mature Christian will daily feed their spirit with the Word of God. Secondly, the best way to feed on the Word is to meditate on the Word. GiGi teaches that the Hebrew word for meditate, “hagah” is most commonly defined as muttering or speaking aloud. Biblical meditation is not just thinking in one’s mind, but also speaking the Word of God with one’s mouth. As you speak the Word, your faith grows and your spirit becomes stronger! This teaching covers scriptures from Hebrews 11:6, John 8:31, John 13:34-35, Matthew 28:18-19, Joshua 1:8, Matthew 4:4, 1 Corinthians 10:24, Colossians 3:10, and Growing Up Spiritually by Kenneth E. Hagin. |
